We are excited that Vi Keeland is playing 8 Questions with us this week. The author of alpha male driven crowdpleasers such as Sex, Not Love, Bossman and Egomaniac is known to be a fearless writer and it was therefore no surprise that she was the first one who dared to give an answer to the question which romance trope she just doesn't like.

Let’s play a game of 'Kiss Marry Kill' with your own book heroes

Kiss: Weston from The Rivals - because his sexy time is super dirty and yummy.

Marry: Drew from Egomaniac - I can't say why without a spoiler!

Kill: Gah! I can't kill any...I love them too much. Could I maybe just whip one instead? ;)

Your heroines, which one is most likely to  a) bring world peace b) rescue a puppy c) wake up not quite knowing where she is d) couldn’t be bothered to fill out our questionnaire?

A - Charlotte Darling from Hate Notes - because she's just such a good egg.

B - Aubrey from Cocky Bastard because...goats.

C - My heroine's are too strong to wake up not knowing where they are!

D - Soraya from Cocky Bastard - because she's a rebel.

Which secondary character of yours really deserves their own book, but was done dirty by you?

Roman from Egomaniac - He really needed his own story told, and he's the one most requested by readers. But I just really wanted Egomaniac to be a complete standalone.

What would you like to see more in romance books?

I'm a huge fan of badass heroines, so I'd love to see more women bosses!

If you could retire one romance book trope once and for all, which one would it be?

Virgin hero! It's just not my thing.

3 romance authors you are secretly upset with because they are so darn good?

Sylvia Day, Samantha Young, Kristen Ashley - They are all such different writers but with such distinctive voices.

Which one of your books would you recommend to a new reader?

Describe you latest book in a 3 word alliteration
