The Changing Room by Jasmine Kennedy
This book is intended for adults only.

Paulina is aggressive and ambitious, so she's getting really tired of her boyfriend's bad behavior. He's content to watch TV and play video games all day, so there needs to be a change in their relationship. Paulina and Alan go to a very special couple’s counselor. Alan doesn't realize it at first, but this counselor specializes in female domination. She believes male aggression needs to be...controlled.

After just one session, the counselor suggests they go to a unique bed-and-breakfast. Alan doesn't realize it yet, but when he steps foot on the premises, he forfeits his adulthood. He will be taken to the Changing Room, a very special space where young men can be hypnotized and trained as docile little boys.

He will be stripped down, diapered, and put in a fuzzy little onesie. Then he will be leashed and taught how to play like a good boy. Paulina can't tolerate a lazy boyfriend, but she's more than happy to take care of a cute little boy if he's helpless and she gets to spank him whenever she wants.

The Changing Room is a 20,000 word story about a lazy boy who needs to be diapered and regressed for his own good.
