Nanny Wanted by Iona Rose, Leanore Elliott
Ella

I wasn’t a nanny. What I knew about being a nanny wouldn’t take up half a postage stamp. My idea of what nannies did came from a line my grandmother used to sing.

“A spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down, the medicine go down.”

But I was desperate for a job and I figured how hard could it be to care for one little girl.

Besides my sister’s children adored me. So I replied to the Nanny Wanted advert and, well, exaggerated a few baby-sitting stints I’d done. It worked. I got the interview.

As it turned out though, the employer was the spoon full of sugar.

Hell, I didn’t know single dads could be that hot. That man could have fit snugly inside the pages of a men’s magazine, or on a male performer line-up.

Everything about him screamed hot. And I mean everything. The hair, the eyes, the eyelashes, the jaw, the mouth, the shoulders, the abs. I could travel further down, but I think you get the picture.

However, I knew better than to sleep with the boss. That would be just plain stupid.

And I wasn’t stupid… at least not until he pressed a couple of buttons I didn’t know I had.

Things got even more complicated when his horrible ex-wife turned up.

Oh God…
