Christmas Fright: A dark, why choose novella by Shelby Manuel
Aria’s always the elf at the Christmas picture display in the mall, every year, never missing the opportunity to sadistically enjoy watching people struggle to get through the holidays. It’s her one tradition.
A few things are different this year though. She’s been asked to be Mrs. Klaus, and the man who usually plays Santa has gone missing. So, the mall had to improvise and hire the only person who applied; the dark, charming, enticing new guard; Cain. Aria spends weeks with him leading up to Christmas, laughing and flirting, becoming completely enamored with him. But she doesn’t know what’s going on behind her back.
She never put two and two together and realized Cain and his two associates got hired to the mall just after the old Santa went missing. And she’s completely unaware that for the past year, the three of them have stayed in town, just for her.
Christmas eve, everything changes when they truly introduce themselves to her. They know she’s going to run, but they’re ready to chase her. They’d do anything for her now.
-Author’s note- Some holiday stories warm your heart, but this series is aimed a little lower. The Merry F*cking Christmas series entails stories of the darker, kinkier side of Christmas. If you’re looking for a heavy plot with elaborate character development, I could recommend a few of my other books, but the purpose of this series is solely to get your heart beating and keep you warm on a cold winter’s night.
-Warning- This is a MFMM dark romance thriller. It contains mature and graphic content that is not suitable for people under 18. Possibly triggering content includes explicit sexual scenes, dubcon, knife play, fear play, physical assaults, praise/degradation kink, gun use, depictions of murder, double penetration, and primal scenes.
