The Campsite by Heath Grayson
Two guys camping alone – firelight, whisky, and loosened belts.

I needed to get away from the city to spend a weekend in the great outdoors. The only problem is I had no idea what I was doing. The obvious answer was taking my good bro Ewan. My large, brawny, lumberjack-ish, and ruggedly handsome good bro Ewan. The big, hairy, bearded man would be perfect for teaching a city dweller like me how to rough it.

I would never have guessed Ewan and I would get so close on this trip. He's usually quiet and reserved, but a few whiskies and a campfire really get him talking. I even learned first-hand, or heard, how he puts himself to sleep at night, as he took matters into his own hand alone in his tent.

Everything about Ewan is enormous, especially his hands. Hearing him tend his needs that first night made me uncomfortable. Not what he was doing, I'm a guy too after all, but I imagined his large, calloused, workman's hands delicately, yet powerfully handling himself. It was something I didn't know I wanted to experience for myself. Maybe a few more logs on the fire and whiskies in our bellies, and I can take matters into my own hands, too.
